Customer Support Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Support customers and find the best solutions for their queries;
  • Foster close communication with sales and product development teams.
  • Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve;
  • Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding your knowledge as well as your own;
  • Provide omnichannel support via email and chat (no calls!);
  • Monitor the performance of the support team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as necessary
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to improve the overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and provide input on how the support team can adapt and improve

Your Skills & Experience

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Tech-savvy mindset;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Open and proactive mindset;
  • Passion for growth;
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure – IP address, network proxy

Nice to have

  • Customer Support experience;
  • Computer networks knowledge/understanding
  • Experience in supporting remote users
  • Similar work experience;

What we offer in return

  • Work from anywhere (fully remote position);
  • Gross salary from 1200 EUR/month to 2500 EUR/month based on experience;
